Independant, privately funded online luxury handbag rental company, Catwalk Club had an unfortunate launch that synced with Covid

Intial tasks such as persona creation were relatively straight forward and using insight from the founder we identified the key demographic and personified her to help.

Creating an engaging rental system that had some critical steps for security was an enjoyable challenge in this project.

Due to the intense interest of criminal parties in luxury handbags we integrated a third-party face & passport recognition application so that we could automate the onboarding of visitors into members - without leaving the rental flow.
